Dated to 1886, this gun started off life with 30" damascus barrels and was one of seven guns purchased by an estate. It now has 26" sleeved barrels, the sleeving has been done very well indeed. Nice bit of wood, but unfortunately is cracked around the action. This has been repaired, but could have been done better. This could be made to be invisible with a bit of work. very noice to use for a few drives or for a bit of walked up fun. This gun is being sold by Pigeon Watch member zeff1357. lksopener
That's a gorgeous gun which I believe I saw you shoot with over at Retford last season. Minus the damage I would have that in a heartbeat. Lovely looking gun.
Thedeerman
I did bring it to Retford, and I hope to shoot with you there again this coming season! Without the damage it would up for a lot more, it had been repaired professionally before I got it and should not affect its use. I'm sad to see it go but a new 30-06 is on the cards!
