Degsie69
Mine took 5 months in 2012 for a FAC&SGC + Land check in N Wales. Was told the delay was down to N Wales doing the land check. Hope this helps, D
station
Anything from 6 weeks to 3 months depending if land included. Same with variations - I have had one in 8 days and then the next take 6 weeks. Most of the time it is simply down to timing - holidays, workload etc.

mark@mbb
Ms Deighton reads all the posts on these sites so if you want your Fac or Sgc to be processed quick be very careful what you say if not you may wait a while for it to return

I'm merely letting others know how long the process may take for them if Cheshire is their issuing authority. I've seen a few posts this week with other forces issuing Certs within 3 weeks. I wish that was me but I'm happy to wait, no real rush. Anyways, how do you come by that info? Maybe it's a good thing that she is reading posts in forums to catch out the few idiots that maybe around
