ging125
Couple of months ago I bought a second hand Ruger M77 MKII in 223 from the Skipton Gun Room. I had a few problems with it, after the gun coming back from the gunsmith (at the shops expense) the problem was still not corrected. Phil (the owner) offered me a full refund or part exchange for any gun in the shop without a seconds thought! Phil kept the shop open late, so I could drop the gun off after work and on arrival offered me a cuppa. We had a chat and ended up being offered his Remington 700 in 223. When the variation came back and went to pick up the Remy, he threw in a box of 55gn hornady v-max and again apologised! Every time I have been to this shop the customer service has been first class and both lads there are true gents, and offer a great service. All the stock is competitively priced and nothing is too much trouble to get ordered in. I recommend you pay a visit if you are in the area, its hard to find a shop that provides quality customer service these days! I do not have any affiliation with the shop by the way!! welsh1
Always nice to hear of good service, people are quick to criticize when it goes wrong, but good service seems to go unnoticed. Sounds like they have a customer for life.
