BSA-airgunner
A great mate called me up yesterday to see in was up for a quick look at some pigeon over spring rape and then a round at one of his permissions at a golf course....do bears poop in the woods...so around six thirty swampy picks me up and were off to pick a few pigeon with the 410 moderated Baikal's...set up by 7 and not a lot moving two hours for two Woody's picked but again its not all about large numbers just being out makes the time well spent... So we packed up and headed for the golf course on arrival we sorted the buggy and set off and no further than 20 yards from the car park we come across a roe doe feeding and certainly not to concerned by us..so moving on to the course I made the 17 hmr ready we drove down into the valley to see rabbits feeding but no safe shot on (yet) by midnight we had 12 bunnies shot from varying distances but the high light for me was seeing a complete white roe doe . I have not seen one before and hopefully we will see it again sort of spooky seeing this pale animal seemingly glide across the dark ground....
