Baked rabbit loins in pesto and bacon parcels

This is an easy to prepare and cook recipe, ideal for the summer months, for a light lunch, or evening meal in the garden. The loins are too good to "waste" in burgers, or pasties, giving a tender white meat. We've done the same dish side by side with chicken breast for the "I don't like rabbit" brigade and the rabbit wins every time, gaining a few converts along the way.
