westmids1987
Just a heads up for anyone due to spay their dog Just collected my little girl from the vets following her spay, paid the extra £120 for key hole surgery and so far so good, only 2 small incisions that are glued so no need to worry about stiches and no need for further check up at vets. Only need to try and keep her calm for 24hours and then back to normal, being quite a active (playin with cat and 2year old)dog this is a big bonus!! Factsheet given by vets state a 65% reduction in pain but not quite sure how they found that out lol Less risk of infection/complications and no need for coller to be worn,so all in all im very eased so far Edited July 3, 2013 by westmids1987
westmids1987
Update to the above, back at vets today as she had split her wound open (personally dont think enough glue applied 1st tym),so hard to keep her calm, vet agrees that a day in her crate is whats needed to help it seal up,fingers crossed by tonight all shuld be ok
