KFC Posted July 27, 2013 Report Share Posted July 27, 2013 (edited) I was out Pigeon shooting on one of our covers this morning and there was no doubting the contribution that field sports makes to wildlife and conservation. There was thousands of Butterflies of all sorts, Dragon flies, Bumblebees, all manner of insects and many different bird species all making use of the covercrop in the middle of a sea of Rape. As I got there a Roe Buck with a lovely set of antlers made his way out of the cover.
