Tony Morris Posted September 30, 2013 Report Share Posted September 30, 2013 I have been an account holder at Lloyds bank for about 45 years and on one visit they asked me for some identification and would not accept my SGC and FAC as proof of ID even though the bank employee I was speaking with had addressed me by my first name and asked about the health of my wife, children and mother. She readily accepted my driving license which does not have a photograph on it (which I thought a bit strange) but I also thought it strange she should insist on ID from a customer she has known for many years. I was wondering if SGC and FAC are no longer acceptable as proof of ID in other places although Natwest are happy with them. Regards, Tony.
