I have found some blank forms on the BASC website but can anyone help in how to fill them out or what to put in them. Or better still has anyone got one I could copy/adapt to suit. As I said it is a small (wild bird only) shoot. We only have half a dozen days with bags around the 20 mark. The first 6 pages are about how to write one but the last couple of pages is an example. A few minutes with a bottle of liquid paper of you have a blank one ready to fill in yourself.
