Gun Watch Posted October 13, 2013 Report Share Posted October 13, 2013 Savage Arms 110 £300 .308 Rifle Private Seller Used - Very Good Condition southampton, Hampshire Bolt Action Description Savage Model 110 308win sporter rifle complete with two bedded stocks, the original and a custom right hand laminate sporter thumbhole. The rifle balances extremely well in the thumbhole stock, making it a very instinctive rifle to shoot. It would be great for woodland stalking or wild boar, although is equally at home on the open hills. It shoots sub 0.75" with factory ammo at 100 yards and much better with reloads. It has an internal magazine system that holds 4 rounds. Cycles and fires perfectly, crown is tidy, barrel (unthreaded) & action retain a good depth of finish and the thumbhole stock is in very good condition. I am after £300 (+RFD fees) for it and am based in the SE corner of the new forest I can send better quality photos via email if requested. Alternatively I will sell the laminate stock separately for £120, and the rifle in original stock for £180 - but only if I find two buyers.
