Goose man Posted October 20, 2013 Report Share Posted October 20, 2013 Picked up some tandoori marinade from a Asian supermarket a few weeks ago. So I decided 2 do a test with it .. I thinly sliced strips of goose Breast ( pinkfooted) and added a few table spoons of the tandoori 2 it .. Left it for 24hr . I jst fryed it off in a wok .
