advice needed on cider making

hi guys, after reading the threads on cider making on here i decided to give it a go my self. after pulping and pressing the apples i filled 2 x 25 litre containers with the juice and added one sachet of yeast to each container. one lot is now bubbling away quite well but the other hasnt started. both containers were steralised before starting so i am not sure what has gone wrong. can anyone offer any advice or should i just pour it down the drain ? regards pete.
