Guest jonrms
I seen this on rimfire magic... MWG Bullpup Stock. I was interested to know if it was possible to adapt this stock onto a .17hmr?? It would be very nice if possible.... but somehow I highly doubt it. I think that it is based on a recoil action for a .22 ruger... and wont be..but if it can be adapted or made suitable for a pull action it would be a fantastic and interesting little .17 Then if it is possible... I wouldnt have to go for a military looking .223 I could buy a normal hunting rifle which would probably be better over all for when I go to scotland and do my DCS1 course.. LOL

LOL If you buy a Ruger 17HMR throw the barrel in the nearest bin . Shove a VQ 12.5" barrel on it ditch the stock and see what Roger can do in the stock department. maybe he can get you a trick stock that looks similar a Bullpup. I personally don't like the Bullpup. Much prefer the evo stocks on the 10/22 It would cost you £800 and upwards to build a 77/17 Ruger. Thats without the glassware and the rings Jonno
Guest jonrms
I sent Roger a email... and he replied... I was very impressed at how quick he replied as well. He stated that it will not be able to fit a 17.... but when there open to get in touch with him and discuss my requirments. I will do that and I will be very happy. Anyway I will keep you informed and posted about Roger. Thanks again.
