Coney Basher Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 FYI, it will be a pre 1939 muzzle loader and therefore fall under Section 58 of the firearms act. No need therefore to deact it for a wallpiece as you can own it without a Shotgun certificate (and hang it on the wall as long as you don't wish to shoot it). All police forces see the law different I have recently sold an 8 Bore which was on ticket to a chap that wishes Not to use it so it was Sold as Obsolete Caliber If in Doubt contact Mike or Bill at BASC they will quote the Law to the T I'd say Section 58 Bosher Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
