Fud adaptions

I just popped the stud/clip apart and kept the spikes complete :yes: just incase I wanted to replace them :good: its suprising how much weight you will loose if you remove the spikes :good: BB

 

I then just replaced the stud/clip with a small black cable tie (to hold the deek together) or use some of the spare studs that come with Fud's

I put a couple of vids on youtube, ifyou search 'FUD modification', should come up with some.

 

The simplest thing they could do at a manufacturing level, would be to have a little 'cup' or socket at the top of the bird, where the clip is, then a rod to pass through into the ground, to allow free movement in the wind.

 

To modify, the rod and tube works very well.
