Beardo
skin them first, then boil for an hour with washing powder (best do it outside if it's a fox as they reek a bit). then peroxide if you want nice white skulls - there are a few threads on it if you do a search

camokid
i do a lot of skulls every weekend skin well first take out tong eyes muscle the lot stick them in cold water then bring it to the boil with some washing powder in it that will act as a degreaser but don't boil for too long as it will destroy the skull take out after 10 minuets then jet wash with care repeat this back in the boil then jet wash until clean of all meat and gristle ... after get some peroxide its what the girls use on there hair so any boots chemist will have it. i get the 40 12 vol % and dilute in a bucket with water lob the skulls in for a few hours.. after wash with cold water and leave to dry... i do rabbits the stags this way and they all come out perfect..
