la bala
After receiving my scope and evo setup back i havnt been able to zero scope due to winds, so today i decided to go to one of my permissions and laser a couple of markers, i put one at 100yds, and a second at 200yds. This particular patch is devoid of rabbits, havnt seen one since badgers moved in two years ago. I went down tonight to do a bit of badger watching, yes i am a sad ------- arnt i . Anyway after sitting there 2 hours i only saw one set of eyes looking through the undergrowth. Well Bob (evo), i am very impressed with your evo 66, it does what it says on the box, it gets you out past 200yds, it will more than do what i want, rabbits out to 100yds with my .22 rimfire. I have one tiny niggle, and i dont know how you can improve on it, where the tube fits to the scope, it only needs a slight tap on the battery, this then moves the tube and then its out of focus. I will personally get over this by wrapping a piece of insulation tape around the tube where it joins the eyebell. All that is left to say is thank you Bob for an excellent bit of kit, worth every penny mate, and thanks also for the phone call to sort me out. Any of you lads out there looking at this type of night vision, give Bob (evo) a pm, he is a good guy to deal with.
