I'd suggest making sure they are kept dry, provide heat but watch to make sure lamps or electric hens are set at the correct height so the chicks don't huddle too much. Ensure clean water is available, but ensure drinkers are lined with sterilised stones to prevent drowning. Water could be treated with a vitamin supplement to assist early development but not essential, food in the form of crumbs on trays rather than in feeders so it can be discovered easily. Above all check regularly and hope all goes well.
