Goodsy
I was out in the field with my .22 rimfire not so long ago. When i spotted a couple of bunnies about 200 yrds in front of me. I crept up, taking it easy to within 50 yrds, then lifted my rifle and peered through the scope. Both bunnies were in front off me, one behind the other. I took a clear head shot at the nearest one and hit, the grass was a little long so i never see the other run. When i went to retrieve my kill, i was astonished to see both bunnies dead with perfect headshots. At the time i was using Winchester sub sonic varmint rounds! Has anyone else had an experience like this, if so i would love to here ? Regards Goodsy
NGhost
I had 2 in line (100 yards)shot at the far one and hit the near one with a chest shot. (those winchester subsonics drop about 1 foot at 100 yards).
Goodsy
What rounds do you use now NGhost?
NGhost
I have used eley and they seem similar to winchester. But I only use winchester now as I have got used to their balistics and am very confident with them. Dont take this as a recomendation, some amo works beter in some guns and worse in others. My 223 will jam with winchester but is fine with remington!
