Norrie
Hiya, a few weeks ago, Peejay posted in the sales section about anyone wanting a free Jay, in immaculate condition... Anyway, my mate does taxidermy, and I asked Peejay to send it to him, which he did, and free of charge too...( great guy). Anyway, one or two of you wanted to see pics of the work in progress, so, tonight I got this from Dave, It's not fully completed, but almost there.... SuperGoose75
I have one with the Taxidermist at present. They are not a common bird over here and in all my yrs in the field I had ever only seen one up until i mistook the one i did shoot a couple of months back for a Magpie. Funnily enough I have seen 3 more since' apparently a lot of jays have come across fro Europe this year. The one I shot was in great condition also and had a fine crown on it. Im having it with an acorn in its beak and Also cased and its costing me 200 yo'yo;s.
