Fisherman Mike
Hi Mahmood. At the legal 12ftlbs I would not be confident of cleanly killing a rabbit over 35 m with my .22 but have killed pigeon and crow out to 45 with .177. Both with accupell. I have shot a rabbit in the bonce at 45 but it was not clean and I had to dispatch it quickly by hand. I would say that I do not take many shots at live quarry much beyond 35 m these days. Most of the fun of shooting live quarry with an airrifle for me is getting stealthily into a position to take a killing shot. If I can do this I feel I have acheived something. Good shooting, FM
