After taking out the magazine restrictor in my a303 it has started to jam, the spent cartridge doesn't make it out as if the chamber hasn't gone back fully and if I pull the chamber back it flys out and push's the next in fine I'm thinking the spring is now to weak.

Where would be the best place to get one.

Cheers

It doesn't sound like the mag spring is the problem, if it was a weak mag spring the cartridge would come out of the mag tube.

Sounds like the breech bolt is not fully coming back, do a strip & clean, check that the gas ports are clean and lubricate the runners where breech bolt goes up and down, check trigger mech for broken hammer braces and the connecting rod at the back of breech bolt not broken.

Also these older semi autos don't like cartridges below 28g, unless the recoil spring has been shortened or gas ports slightly increased.

Hope this helps.

Will give it a strip then, It only started after I stripped it down so maybe desturbed something.
