69chris
Take it back sounds like somethings loose/broken/worn The fitter should have checked before just tweaking the tracking and then got a telling off by you lot for finding/pointing out 'extra work' - cant win
Chris Bb
Last month I was informed by the LR main dealer that my brake pads were worn 60% & 70%. A replacement set would be £400. "So," I said, "there's 30% & 40% remaining." "Yes, sir." "And the car's done 25,000 miles." "Yes, sir" "So the current pads will go on for about another 10,000 miles?" "Yes, sir." "And there's a warning light on the dash that tells me when they'll need changing?" "Yes, sir." "Well, when it lights in about 10,000 miles which will be in about another year I'll think about replacing them." "Thank you, sir." Nice try.
