drut
Hi: I find Eley Hushpower 6s do the business fine although I also use normal cartridges though mine. I know Just Cartridges list them but my local gunshop gets them for me if I pay in advance. Although it does add to the bulk I have bicycle cork handlebar tape on my barrel/silencer which quietens it further & feels much better. I nearly gave up on the gun to begin with as I found I was always shooting low with it but now use it before anything else. I hope you enjoy yours, Regards: DR

drut
Hi: My Pedretti is now all black, the tape I used was black, covered with black pvc tape to waterproof & the stock I painted black after raising the comb height. At first I tried a Blacktooth comb raising kit from Target Sports which worked OK. Also the choke on mine is reamed out from full to half with silencer baffles also enlarged. I do find I use more cartridges as I dare use it more with no complaints of noise from anyone and am using my air rifles less. vole
Used mine 1st time yesterday.Patterned it on plank of wood.Found it shot about 18 inch low.Think i can adjust tho.Aint it ace not p***ing off folk and risking your shoot?Be nice to shoot in middle of nowhere but thats not going to happen round here. How much to have choke reduced if not mind me asking? drut
Hi: Sorry to take so long to reply but been busy. I believe it costs around £30-£40 to have choke altered but others will be better able to advise you, I opened up mine myself as I had the reamers etc. Glad you like yours, the downside is anywhere you use a Hushpower takes badly to the noise of a normal shotgun afterwards! I couldn't adapt to the gun shooting low which is why I had to adjust the comb height. Regards: DR
vole
Think i might just get used to full choke.Wierd when 1st used as much less bang and recoil. Not quite as quiet as an airgun as some have said dont think.Just the job if there is potential for someone to get arsey, like the horse riders, rail workers etc where i go.Off out on sunday.magpies and squirrels beware.Cheers mate.
