Joshcup11
Hi all. Thinking of having a day on some cabbages which have been cut and have been gone over with the roller. They are all flat to the ground with some leaves still showing. Have any of you guys had a day on crop like this? Hoping for a fairly decent outcome but never shot over cut veg before so will be a learning experience at the least! Will let you know how I do! Cheers Josh
Guest stevo
I have had some fantastic days on cabbage . But like anything if theres no traffic .... No fun . If i may offer a tip . Take some crow decoys as well . Cabbage is a big pull for rooks and carrion as much if not more than pigeon in most cases . Have fun and give em hell when and if the start . kenholland
shoot cabbages a fair bit, rolled can be just as good, at least you can pick every think you shoot. has said put crow deek's out aswell just keep them apart from pigeon worth a try.
