Gun Watch Posted February 28, 2016 Report Share Posted February 28, 2016 BSA boxlock magnum £195 12 gauge Shotgun Trade Seller Used - Very Good Condition Harpenden, Hertfordshire Side by Side, 1/2 Choke, Full Choke, 30" barrels Description A piece of our British firearms heritage. These Birmingham made boxlocks usually have short stocks and come with 2 ½ “ chambers making them unfashionable for the modern huntsman. They were not expensive when produced and therefore are often offered to the market in poor condition. This model has a 14 7/8†LOP and features unusual 3†chambers . The bores are in good condition and the bluing mostly intact. The dark action has the familiar piled arms logo. The stock has a few minor scratches sympathetic with age but light use. At some point swivels have been added but not currently in use. A nice addition to any English firearms collection.
