UNiCAD
Tried out one of the a new carbon fibre high ribs from "highrib" on my 30" Browning Ultra GTI Prestige with a view to purchasing a new high rib gun for sporting clays if it managed to improve my clay shooting but I can't get on with it. The rib has only been used for three weeks and is as new condition purchased from: http://www.highrib.co.uk/ Unfortunately they won't have it back due to me having a Browning sight fitted so it's up for grabs. I paid £225 quid for it, but would accept £130 + P&P As you can see from the images it fits well and does looks good on the gun, just doesn't suit me. PM me for any questions or emailing high res images etc. Regards UNiCAD
Mulligan
Have been looking for one of these to replace the bit of wood stuck on my 725, have you removed the protective film from the friction strip ?
UNiCAD
Hi, Yes as to be honest i thought it looked unsightly (too wide) so i replaced it with the double sided tape used to stick the easy hit sights as its far narrower, (www.easyhit.uk), I have a roll of it and if purchased will ensure that its on there ready for you, they are also magnetic as well. UNiCAD
Yes, its basically just clear double sided silicon tape, but its wider than the carbon rib itself, not fitted very accuratly and about 0.5mmm thk! Which is why i replaced it with sight bead tape, hope im making sense, feel free to give me a call on 07792 018930 and i can explain in more detail if you have any concerns.
