Daveo26
Long shot I know but is there a procedure for refitting the stock? Iv had the stock off and now the trigger won't work? Iv tried it everyway I can think of and the sear always ends up stuck down. Before I go see a gun smith am I missing something obvious? Bewsher500
this trigger? You should be able to test it in situ before torquing anything up cant think what would be fouling to produce a stuck sear does it work out of the stock? Daveo26
Yes that it. It does work out of the stock It will work once when back in the gun then the sear stays down!
Bewsher500
has to be interference with stock and/or action them try fitting into stock without action - test fire fit action and torque up until it stops working and see what is catching sorry difficult to prescribe without seeing it
Daveo26
The trigger had rusted up! Took to the gun smith who stripped it and polished the pins. The reason I removed the stock was because I'd been shooting in the rain Probably what caused the problem!
