Gunman
Age will be 1963/4 .The basic gun is a 700 but may have varied slightly in stock dimensions and engraving pattern to suit customers house style . Guns made for the likes of Jeffery often had a secondary serial number of the seller as well as the Webley number .

Gunman
Further to my earlier comments ,guns made by Webley for other makers/retailers often had better grade wood than the standard 700 ,they were also sometime supplied with unfinished stock lengths to enable fitting to customers needs .
