Clubshot
Do you think its really worth replacing the mainspring for a gas ram, ive been told that there a lot more consistent and will reduce recoil slightly, is this true? will be grateful of any info I have one of the Orignal HW 90 Theoben Rifles in .22 Where Theabens brought in the Rifle and upgraded them with Gas Ram Used it a lot before pre-charge Rifles. Far better then any Spring Rifle and more efficient. Often use it for odd jobs when not wanting to load the car with a Air Bottle. Worth getting it done properly , have herd of some fun , where the inexperienced have had problems Would leave it like many do you when Gun wants a New Spring. Or you pick up a 2nd Gun and decide to up grade it. Worth checking out the likes of www.airgunbbs.com or www.airgunforum.net Where there are posts of other shooters that have upgrade to Gas Ram. Ford Prefect
the exocet ram should fit the stingray since the cylinder is the same... check the theoben website http://www.theoben.co.uk
