lurcherboy
Due to too many vehicles and the arrival of a TD5 Defender recently, my 1993 Defender 200tdi is now up for sale. If you are not familar with the inside of a toolbox don't read any further. It is MOT'd until January 2007 and is currently SORN'd. I carried out a full engine re-build two years ago (3500 miles since) at a cost off £2000 on parts alone. New pistons, rebore, crank re-grind, exhange injector pump and injectors, water pump, alternator, starter motor and clutch kit including hydraulics. It also has had the engine block recessed round the bores which eliminates head gasket failure. It needs two door lock catches and will require a rear crossmember before the next MOT. It has a Land Rover snorkel, 3" suspension lift, front diff guard, steering linkage guard, dog guard, PTO driven winch (drive not fitted but included in sale) chequer plate on both front wings and a spare set of wheels with SAT's fitted. It has dents, scratches, one wing slighty lighter than the rest of the paintwork and gearbox crunch on 1st/2nd gear. I want £2000 and will leave it on PW for 2 weeks before it hits the Landie forums and that will include a service at my cost. PM me for pics and any questions you may have. LB SOLD PS. it has a radio
