farmboy807 Posted September 28, 2017 Report Share Posted September 28, 2017 I recently bought a beretta a400 and need to buy a 3/4 choke I know there optima hp But noticed there are loads of different ones from the ones it comes with Like black ones ported extended Teague briley And views on which ones best Or do I just get the standard 3/4 optima hp like the ones it come with thanks. HP optima are tight campared to many others ( half a size up ) so in fact you chokes are. 1/4 = 3/8ths ( slack half ) 1/2 = 5/8ths ( tight half ) 3/4 = 7/8ths ( light full ) So save your money and use the ones you got. They will take some beating thats for sure. Edited to say. I think I may have misread your post. Thought you just had the ones that come with the gun. Either way if you do have to buy new ones I would recommend the above. You wont buy any better than the original beretta hp opmta. Either flush or extended there is no difference apart from price.
