Air Bottle

hi all, i have a Webley PCR1 (Maxi Fill 210 bar) my question is this: i have been given a 15ltr air bottle and fitttings could anyone tell me how many approximiate fills i could expect to get from it before i need to refill as i live quite away from the nearest dive centre. any help would be appreciated

Have a look at this little fella. Compiled by a chap on the BBS its a spreadsheet which works out the theoretical number of fills you will get.

 

Your rifle isn't on there, but try and find out the cylinder capacity and select the rifle closest to it for an idea. I see some general comments that the PCR1 doesn't do many shots per fill so I will guess about 30 fills from that bottle you quote.

thanks for that, i haven't used the rifle yet as it is new, a female colleague at work won it in my magazine competetion and gave it to me but i have only just been able to scrounge all the bits i needed to get it up and running. i believe it will fire approx 30 shots per fill.
