auto culto
I've put in put my fac and if its granted I'll be looking to get a .223 and a .17hmr. I've looked at a few and they all look the same to me (being a shotgun man) but i,m not to keen on the cz trigger. What other choices have i got bearing in mind that i dont want to spend a fortune on a rimfire as it will be eating into my .223 budget. I really dont want to go much over 500 but if needs must i will. Also whats the difference between a varmint and an American ? I'm assuming its purely the stock style but is there more to it ? I would like an all weather style rifle (laminate - stainless) but i dont know if there are any in my budget. Any advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Oly
You can get an Anschutz for less than £500 + best trigger in the business

Not sure about in rimfire but they are very popular in the USA in centrefire, particularly with their new trigger. That thumbhole stock does look very nice, but never let looks make your desicion for you!
