Lanber

£250

12 gauge Shotgun Private Seller
Used - Excellent Condition Nr Portsmouth, Hampshire
Over and Under, -, -, 28" barrels

Description

I'm trying to make some room and raise some funds for the next shotgun I'm got my eye on , so with a heavy hearth I have decided to sell my much loved Lanber .

This has always been my "Fair weather" Shotgun , has never even been out in the rain , let alone shot in it! I've cleaned it both inside and out after each and every outing .

It's of the normal Lanber style , 28 inch barrels , 14 inch LOP , single trigger and non ejector . Tang style safety and fixed choke . Will take up to 3 inch shells and has a ambi stock . Small brass original bead sight and vented top rib .

Overall condition is excellent , bores are perfect and locks up nice and tight . Has only ever been used for hunting so I'd say has had light to medium use .

The stocks a tiny bit short for me , so had added a slip recoil pad which gives a further inch of LOP , but as its kind of ugly I've covered most of it with a "Beartooth" realtree neopren shell holder stock cover . This covers almost all the slip on recoil pad , protects the stock and of course means I have the option of having 5 shells close to hand . I'll include both these if (IF!) the shotgun is picked up in person (I'm in Portsmouth) . If not required , both recoil pad and shell holder can easily be removed in a few seconds .

Asking just £250 for this , hopefully for a quick sale .

Further info and photos on request , test firing and viewing no problem .

Many thanks for reading guys .

All the best .

Andy .

So , I was asked to take photos by a few people interested in this Lanber , however on removing the recoil pad , it seems to have discoloured the wood slightly . Nothing too bad but does of course now mean it don't look as pretty as it once did .

Not sure if the wood will return to normal now the pads been taken off? But wanted to be 100% candid and honest .

Will now reduce the price to £220  . And will include a pair of snap caps and a gunslip and even a box of shells if (IF!) Picked up in person .

All the best guys .

Andy .
