cardigun
Hi Waterford 103, Not much help, but I have an old "Nobel-Glasgow" powders for Reloaders handbook. All the powders are spelt NOBEL, not NEOBEL, so my information won't be much use. The Rifle Powders are numbered 1,2 and 3. There is no No.4 . The shotgun powders are called 78, 80 and 82. There are Pistol and Revolver powders called 1, 2 and 3, as well, but no No4. I presume Neobel is something else altogether.
