The dial covers can be take off so you can sit and dial our shots like I did with the last one, then covers back on for night time use. I'm very happy to keep this one but if use to someone else then so be it. It comes with the vortex Lifetime warranty. This is a replacement one as let one has ring marks, vortex replaced it, I used it to load develop a rifle before putting night vision on it. Then put in cupboard.
