a new spring will prob sort it, but do NOT buy an ox or a titan mainspring.

a theoben gas ram would be the best, but most expensive option.

cheers LBB,,can i buy online and do it myself

yeh, it isnt too hard.

i think the gas rams retail at about £50-£70

but they don't wear like a spring, and you can have your rifle cocked at all times.

i dont see why you couldn't fit one yourself, its fairlly straight forward. just look for some plans of the hw35 on the internet.

thanks for the help LBB,will check it out :good:
