Air Fryer

Well its wings and ribs tonight. Struggled to find wings over the weekend. The sainsurys ones are best IMO as they are good sized with plenty of meat on them. Just shop bought pre cooked ribs tonight as I like to par boil the fresh ribs (so they fall of the bone) from the butchers before putting them in the oven. Wings will be in tossed in hot sauce and butter and I have some saint agur blue creme for a dip. The photos are from the first time I done them in the air fryer.
