Unfortunately you didn't put any smilies around your "sell your motor" comment. If you lived in a land governed by a fat unelected jock dud where you have to travel 20 miles each way to work everyday, there are two buses A WEEK through your village and diesel is £1.03 a litre, you may have added the smilies. the last engineer
no mate, i didnt miss your point, your insult was taken jest as im sure it was intended. my calling codling99 a muppet was in jest as im sure he took it, it was a joke hence the smiles, im sure you've called friends, and others, worse over the years. it painted a funny picture in my mind of all drinkers, smokers and drivers quitting for a month, it wouldnt be the government you'd be picking up would it. my point of "selling the car" was a sugestion to someone who obviously dosent want to pay premium prices for fuel, its very simple if you dont like the ride get off, its your choice. buy a vehicle thats fuel efficient, or take public transport, if there's none where you live, i guess you'll have to move or walk. i choose to drive a larger vehicle, if it bothered me by paying high taxes for fuel, i'd drive a hybrid or something like that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, like hell i would where would all the guns fit in. the argument can go on for a lifetime cant it, life is about choices, we make good ones and bad, if you dont want to pay top prices for fuel dont drive, if you dont want drink or smoke dont, its your call, if you dont like the government vote against em, the list goes on, end of the day its your choice. as to this quote:- "If you lived in a land governed by a fat unelected jock dud where you have to travel 20 miles each way to work everyday, there are two buses A WEEK through your village and diesel is £1.03 a litre, you may have added the smilies" I am English, i'm a born and bred Bristolian mate, "I JUST CHOSE TO LEAVE" there's that choice thing again, i left because i wanted a better life, i got lucky and found it here, its not to late for you, deisel at that price tsk tsk, its cheaper here plenty of room mate, i must go now theres lots of oil that needs drilling, got to make a buck to feed the truck. best wishes, and i wasnt kidding about coming over Hodmedod, its the best choice i ever made your welcome anytime.
