Mungler
All a load of nonsense. The injuries attributable to the wider sport of shooting and the core statistics are not firearm / shotgun related - they are broken ankles down rabbit holes, cut legs crossing fences and heads split open from falling clays etc. Why the need for an assessment? Where is the evidence that there are injuries / problems directly attributable which could be cured / bettered by such a course? I reckon there are more fatalities and serious injuries through roller blading, skate boarding, basket ball and golf. Pick on the sports with a higher casualty rates first. Nanny state and nanny thought process soaking through.
