Are you talking cartridge length or steel/tungsten etc?

Cart length you should be able to find by looking under the break leaver or underside of the chamber block, i.e 12/70 = 12 gauge/70mm carts.

If you want to know if it will handle steel then you're looking for the scout looking symbol, the Fleur-de-lis. As seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fleur-de-lis

Mine isn't steel proofed either. I went for Tungsten. Or you can go for bismuth. I can't explain them both here, try a google search for them both, see what you can find. :good:
