Ishapoor
I'm 'downsizing' from this handy little rifle to a more wieldy weapon for stalking! It was built in 1955, and was just out of its grease when I bought it around four years ago. It's since fired about 150 rds tops. Accuracy is unusually good, which is why I hung onto it. Old Winchester 180 gr goes into 1 1/2- 2" without too much hassle. It's got a B-Square mount on top of it, which holds zero very well, and leaves the original sights open if you want to use them. Asking £220 delivered to your RFD inc mounts (which cost £50) email spikecartledge(removethis)@hotmail.com if of interest. Cheers
red_stag88
How easy is it to find those rimmed rounds?
Ishapoor
Very! Kynamco are loading them in FMJ, and decent military surplus can still be had for £20 per 100ish. If you're hunting with it, you can get factory softpoints from most of the major manufacturers (and some minor!)
