vole
Was browsing at the gunshop and picked one up for £170.It felt lovely and light for carrying a few miles and very clean too. 1/2 choke but can change that if I need.Cant use it till next week.Had a Fabarm and got rid a while back ,just didnt get on with it but this one seems just right. Anyone got experience of them lately?Have done some searches but interested in recent opinions .Thanks very much.
08shooter
had a mate with one it cycled fine .i shot skeet with it on a few occasions. strip it down and give it a real good clean as i feel most folk dont clean semis right then complain when they dont cycle right

vole
Which bits need special care when cleaning and whats best to use? Thanks.
Soulboy
My one is recoil operated,so after undoing the nut on the forend simply slide it off that will reveal the recoil spring. I don't give mine any special cleaning, just the barrel as usual. Maybe once a year i take off the recoil spring and bushes(remember which order they go back on)and give the light oil, same for the trigger unit which hold by the two dished pins in the receiver, don't wallop them out with a punch,a light push will get them out, once thats out the way you can give the bolt face etc a clean. One thing they don't like is cheap cheap cartridges, mine jams with D&J and used to with Baikal records as well(Yes i've had the gun since 1978) Hope that helps a bit.
