DaveK
Lorraines Babies. Front is a hydrograohiced .223 16" barrel, Marinetex bedded, Timney trigger job, T8AR and a Gerhardt Nickle Supra scope. Rear is a Riflecrafted .243 LSR, barrel chopped down to 22", T8 and a BSA Contender scope (well it works) although the picture shows it with a Simmons whitetail expedition. If the picture doesn't work someone'll have to walk me through doing it. So how do you make it appear straight away instead of clicking the link? http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj150/D...Toys/rifles.jpg Wot, like this ? Edited March 3, 2008 by stuartp inserting picture
Devilishdave
Nice looking "Escort" set ups the rifle croft job at the front looks very compact. What kind of groups do they shoot. I asume you use them mostlyfor target work by the low bipods. I fancy a 308 version of what I have got next, most likely a PSS to start with. Lorraine is a dwarf and can get down nicely with the lower bipod on its lowest setting. Also shooting out of the landy sunroof she's nice and low to the roofline (and being able to stand on a box and shoot off the bonnet). With the .223 they're same hole at 100 yards. With the .243 maybe 1" at 100 but we've not really tested it fully. We don't do target shooting by the way. You can't eat paper
