Best days shooting I can remember

Morning guys,

got home at 1.30am this morning after having one of the best days yesterday and had to say something about the cracking day i've had.

Started at 7am, met up with a good mate of mine who was kind enough to introduce me to a local HFT club.

Had an amazing time at the club, scored 54 in the end - not bad for a 1st time out apparantly

Consistantly knocking down targets at 45-50 yrds in a strong wind is such a buzz!

After we'd finished at the club we parted company and I went to pay a visit to another buddy of mine who's a pest controller.

Had a brew and a good old chat, then he asks if I fancied tagging along on a little ratting excursion at a local farm nearby, never one to turn down an opportunity - I accepted.

Three dead rats later (I know it aint many, but hey it's 3 less in the world!) and we were back in the van and on the way back to his house.

Then at tea time I made my way over to my newest permission just in time to catch the last bit of daylight, and as the sun went down - the lamp came out B)

9 bunnies later and I decided to call it a night. All in all, one of the most enjoyable and varied days shooting i've ever had, and I havent had to refill my rifle at all since I left the house this morning! my Air Ranger rocks!
