Guest georgehare
Just got a call from my bosses missus saying she has some freinds that are moving away to Dubai and have a 6yr old dog (with ******** removed) terrier that they need to re-home. She described it as having markings like her border/patt cross. Got her to put my boss on the phone and he rekons its probably gona be a bit large for foxing but he will probably draw and he will be ok ratting. Im just about to finish college and start working on the shoot full time so i want a terrier to have in the truck and that. My boss said it would probably be worth having for now until he has a litter out of one of his terriers next year. We're gona take it out foxing and show it a charlie behind a fork and see what it thinks of it. Apparently its not very obedient but will come round with a bit of work. Another good point apparently it once caught a cat and killed it so its definately got a bit of power in it. What do you terrier lads rekon about it ? Cheers George

bignoel
if he snarls at you he is unpredictible he would possibly end up biteing you at some stage this breed is usefull type of dog hard .but no good if you have to keep a eye out for him all the time .i would wait for your keeper mates litter grab a pup and bring him on you will know all about him by the time it comes to enter him to chas ? enjoy your digging i loved it ciatica of the spine is the only thing that has stopt me. kept and bred nuttal lines for 30 years 1dig dogs but we had to have a grab dog no baying. only because of anti's on the hunt were on our tails all the time with a 1 dig dog he was in grabt his game we would dig 1 hole dispatch and gone. goodluck enjoy
