jif
Hi All, Last week I had a pellet jam (and previously a couple of dry fires, oops) in my Weihrauch HW 57. So I've invested in a Combro chrony (cb625). I'm getting readings of 8.5 to 9.4 ftlbs I've no idea what the reading was out of the box, but they're supposed to be around 12ftlb. So I'm thinking I might have a damaged spring or perhaps worse. I know that Blackpool Air Rifles stock the V-Mach kits but can't see one for the 57. So I suppose you can't get one for the 57, am I right? If so can anyone recommend where I might buy a replacement spring? Is there is strip down guide for the 57? I've found one for the 97K (http://users.skynet.be/mario.severi/airgunning/HW97K%20strip.html) is it similar? Any advice or other diagnoses gratefully received... Cheers, Jif
