reedbradshaw
heres the story. i own a falcon fn19 and get a good 70 shots per charge from my gun. When i shoot in the field i probably fire a maximum of 20 shots so there no need to refill in the field. My local gun shop is on the way to work so is not out of my way ( about 3 miles away from my house! ), they only charge £1.00 per fill as well. so i only spend £1.00 every 3 weeks on filling my gun! so for me to get a pump im looking at £100 + and a adapter to fit my gun. what would you lot all do. im firmly on the idea of just going the cheapo option as it doesnt bother me at all ( except when i forget to fill it up and i have to rush about the morning of the shoot!!! ) what are the main benefits a pump / divers tank because to be honest i cannot see me getting my moneys worth! JJaxeman
I use to use a pump myself but only because it's a 20 mile round trip to the nearest place to get tank refilled on my Logun S16 and I also bought one S/Hand with adaptor for £60.00 but now I mainly use Airgun wise a FAC Rapid the shot count is alot lower so gone the divers tank route but in your position being so close would stick to going to you local shop. Axe
I would stick as you are unless you increase the amount of shooting you are doing. But rather than buy a pump, I would opt for the tank and gauges.
airssassin
I think you should stick to what you are doing unless a) the gunshop put up their charges from £1 you decide to shoot more. If you do buy charging equipment, personally I would recommend a tank as the air is drier and it's much easier Go for 7 litres and you'll probably only have to fill it up once a year!
