alexm
I was sorting through some old papers and found this old firearms application form, circa 1989, back in the days when you didn't have to specify expanding ammo, handguns were fair game, you only needed one referee and there was no such thing as the referee "I don't believe he will murder his wife" forms! http://www.drift.net/alex/shooting/Old%20S...Application.pdf

alexm
It's a genuine MOD one too, with the Ministry of Defence Crown Copyright statement... I'll have to take it down the club with me and give it some eye holes!
2shots
Remember my first application and bought a second hand safe, took six of us to get it up the stairs in the house, the old firearms officer called with his new replacement who wasnt happy with the safes position, the old guy said do you know how to make coffee mate er yes I replied, well make a potfull we need it while he moves that *******g safe,I couldnt believe it when he left him in the room by himself and shut the door behind us.He came down after a few minutes sweating like a bull, finished now then back in the car son,got the licence three days later, and the safe hadnt moved.
